Status report for clients

Status Report.pdf

I've heard from several clients that one of the problems they've had in the past was follow up from their agent after the listing was set up. They didn't hear from them very much afterwards. This is a status report I'm using to provide follow up. It's based on what I've used in my previous life at EDS. Merv, you may have something you've used in the past? Feel free to use it if you like.

Very nice, Brent....and Thank You for sharing that!

As they say, the devil is in the details. Being in the midst of software changes myself (after 10 years or so using a particular software, I've just begun (about 2 weeks ago) using a totally different product, my first question is what software are you using to set up your scheduled activities, assign them to clients and/or properties, and track your completion?

Hi Judy,
Everything basically centers around Merv's Smart Plan. Activities I'm hired to perform are all right there. I use it as my task list for a specific project. I use Franklin Covery's Plan Plus for Windows for scheduling. (Again, from my EDS days)It's not real estate specific, but I think very good for business planning. It lets me set up all the scheduling, assignments and appointments.I can mark tasks as completed, forwarded, completed and forwarded, deleted, delegated and in process. I sink it to my phone so I have a copy of my desktop plan on my PDA. It also has all of my schedule and appointment info as well as all of my contacts. All of that sinks to my phone as well. It also lets me prioritize tasks as A, B or C and then subcategorize A1, A2, B1, B2, etc. So I'm working off of Smart Plan and Plan Plus for Windows. Hope that helps.

It looks very complete and professional. I definitely like the way some of the items are broken down for the client as well....due in the past week, how much is completed vs what is yet to be completed and by whom.

Again...nicely done!
