https://www.prweb.com/releases/2011/9/prweb8812689.htm is a copy of the release we are using to gain some traction in our PA marketplace. We are reaching 60,000 impressions per release and we do release 1 per day.

I am very interested in An Acre writing one or 2 or 10 with a Nucazza"ish" spin for the buy side if anyone is interested.

ACREs in PA: This is a GREAT way to get some exposure...

Glenn-you must be paying for a premium press release package from PR Web.  What are you looking at in the way of costs for a daily press release?  What are you projecting in terms of ROI?  What are you seeing in the way of attendance at the seminars?

All ideas to get the word out about options for home buyers and sellers is great just looking at the effectiveness off all of the methods folks write about.

Cindy... Like skating uphill on ice!!  I built Nucazza on my own nickle and i am offering everything free to everyone that can use it for whatever they would like to use it for.  My own unique twist is to make my title company important to the real estate community.  I can only advance that in PA and NJ, that leaves 48 other states that I am willing to allow the tide to rise around me to raise my boat.  I am using the ACRE model to be able to walk into lending institutions and talk about bringing their buyers something so awesome that they would consider using my services for title.  My ROi is the number of connections I can make in the lender and realtor space within PA and NJ, I can't put a price tag on that.  The PR Web cost me close to $5000 for the year.  I have gotton myself in the middle of Chase, CitiBank, and their borrowers, I have also managed to grab their refi work.  My goal in this is to hugley grab market share and attention for the ACRE model in PA and NJ and serve as an evangelist for the remaining 48.  As for the ROI quesion again, I'll do what I love and see if the money finds me.
