HI all,

I have a website for investors. I am making my ACRE designation work for me n this arena.....it's really a no brainer.

I want to begin promoting it and on the home page I have come up with this introductory paragraph that will go with the logo to link to the generic ACRE page (see below).

I would love critique and will greatly appreciate your time.

Thanks,
Carole

The Ultimate Power tool for your Real Estate Investment Tool Box......Choice. (headline)
Consulting is giving you choices for services you want and need and how you can pay for them!

As an Accredited Consultant in Real Estate (ACRE), I can help you determine exactly what services you need.

If you need only a few critical services or a few hours of advise and expertise, you don't want to feel trapped into paying more for your property to cover a full commission.

The consulting model is ideal for the investor who is seeking the maximum return on their investment.

Hi all,

I would love to hear any suggestions that you may have for prospecting to expired listings using the consulting model. Kim Loredo and I are currently doing the "expired game" and really want to connect the dots. Any thoughts on scripts or mailers? We are thinking of "re-vamping" the FSBO postcards which are great to fit expireds. The challenge here is that expired listings tend to re-list much more quickly so I am looking for a marketing piece that I can either mail or leave at the door.

Hi gang, I'm wondering how many of you have your fee schedule on your website?

The "Expired Game" starts today and I am trying to develop a "mini-plan" which will include drive-bys. I want to leave something of value and also drive them to my website. I have the personalized ACRE pages and am thinking about posting the fee schedule.

What to say to "Not-So-Loyal" Buyers

From Coach JudiB:

Here's something I say to buyer prospects who are reluctant to stick with one agent:

"John and Sue, I understand your reluctance to "tie yourself" to any one agent. Most buyers begin by feeling pretty much the same way. Let me ask you a hypothetical question. Let's suppose your boss came to you and said 'I have a very important project for you to tackle. It's going to require a great deal of time and attention on your part, and it's critical that you give it your very best effort. Likely it will require your adjusting your schedule a fair amount because of the specific demands of the project. And the rewards for successful completion of the project can be very nice." Now, if you ask them at this point how eager they might be to tackle such a project, most people would be willing...they recognize there may be hard work, perhaps some sacrifice...but at the end they would be well rewarded, Right?
