I've Graduated

I started out at Keller Williams Realty and I could not have picked a better place to start my career.  I changed companies once in 2008 before starting Bham WIiRE Realty (Birmingham Women Investing in Real Estate) in 2009.

I manage properties as well and I charge a retainer to new property management clients.  I've had a few to resist and I let them resist by passing up the opportunity to manage their properties for them. It's high time that I do the same for flip side of real estate as it relates to working with buyers and sellers.

Our work begins before we are even formally introduced to buyers and sellers and once we get that listing, we're on double duty before the ink even dries with no compensation for the work that we are actually doing.

I must say that I don't anticipate that this transition will be an easy one for me to incorporate, nor will it be easy for consumers to grasp and accept when they know that they can get "like" services for free all day, every day.
